cuerpo. Pero si llevamos la ropa
adecuada y tiempo suficiente, a este entrenamiento podemos añadirle unas
flexiones y unas sentadillas .
Pero supongamos que no hay mucho
tiempo y tampoco muchas ganas, tenemos un día gandul o estamos a 38 grados. No

How much is your country?
More than we imagine. We always talk about
healthy tips, food and exercise but we already exercise and eat healthy, if the
pocket allows us, because eating healthy costs real money.
The Spaniards are the ones who take the most
steps and those who least sleep. Maybe for the time, the customs .... Who
knows. But every country surrounded by coast and in good weather we are cut by
the same pattern. In good weather people go out to the street, they live on the
street, they have breakfast in cafes, etc ... the times in case are for winters
and when it rains but not when it is hot, sun and day.
The following summary that I am going to write
has been extracted from an article originally written by Gema García Marcos and
published in Zen on May 28, 2017.
According to a Fitbit study involving more than
20,000,000 of its users, the Irish are the fittest citizens on this planet. The
United Kingdom, Sweden and Holland follow in a classification, composed of 30
countries, in which Spain occupies a more than honorable seventh position and
Colombia the last one.
In the same ranking Spaniards lead the walks,
with 9,023 steps daily, a figure that caresses those 10,000 that the World
Health Organization, at least to lead a healthy life. We also noted for
physical activity with 27.9 minutes a day, followed by the Swedes, with 27.1.
But what we gain in health with the movement we
lose it with the lack of rest. We have a great hobby to spend the night. And it
is that our country does not even appear among the 10 nations that sleep best
in the world, captained by the United Kingdom with seven hours and 14 minutes
and that closes the Czech Republic with six hours and 52 minutes.
It is true that there is still a lot of battle
to fight, the data have to be improved, among the active population, but the
sedentarism still convince us too much. The WHO notes that adults between the
ages of 18 and 64 would have to spend at least 150 minutes per week for
moderate intensity aerobic activities and 75 if they were of high intensity in
short sessions of about 10 minutes. But also toning activities to strengthen
muscle groups.
But the opinion of sports professionals are:
"everything depends on how active or sedentary our work is. If we have a
job that invites us to keep moving, with seven-minute training programs a day,
we can maintain a more than acceptable form. If instead we spend the day sitting
at the computer, we must increase the time to at least 150 minutes a week,
which should increase or decrease according to the specific goals and needs of
each one, "explains Martín Giacchetta, CEO of Boutique Gym . The secret is
to integrate the movement or sport as a daily activity and not as something
extra.
In the first place, we can study when we
exercise and what kind of movements we do. For example, walking for 30 minutes
daily, without pauses, with good footwear and being aware of the body movement
can optimize results and awaken our body. But if we wear the right clothes and
enough time, this training we can add a few pushups and squats.
But suppose that there is not much time and not
much desire, we have a day gandul or we are to 38 degrees. We will not go
walking but we can forget the elevator and walk upstairs. Depending on the
steps we can raise them two by two or increase the speed so that we get to get
an average cardiovascular exercise and work the lower train.
Bicycling, dancing at home or doing some
domestic work will cause our muscles and our heart to strengthen and avoid
sedentary lifestyle.
For example, activity metering devices are like
little personal trainers that we carry on the wrist. They motivate the user to
perform a little more than they do to sleep a little more than they sleep,
despite a little less than they weigh .. the result is positive: healthier
habits.
Ideas have already given, now you just have to
execute and put into practice some of them, the results will come alone and our
body will thank you if we are able to offer you what you need with caution and
moderation.
