O escucharnos a nosotros mismos?

INFOXICATION: MORE INFORMATION THAT WE CAN PROCESS
We are in September and the time of "disconnection, pure utopia" has already passed. In fact, it has expired.
Were we able to disconnect? Yes, because you are lucky because if you believe that being on the beach and reading the news on your latest technology, play the marcianitos on your mobile and listen to music on your mp3 or 4 or whatever ... has not disconnected.
They will tell me that I am wrong but you have to start knowing what it means to disconnect and then put it into practice. You'll see how they end up giving me the reason.
Disconnect means to stop doing what we always do using the devices or tools we always use and doing other things we normally do. If we are able to do it and look for alternatives, we will be on the right track but this does not end here. Not much less.

Who changes listening to music when we are stressed by hearing the waves of the sea? Or listen to ourselves? Or be aware of what we do at the same time ?, believe me, almost nobody and this is called Mindfulnes: mindfulness, which does help to disconnect with a little patience and practice.
We want to download our anger and forget about the bad arts of our boss or boss ... and we run to our mobile to investigate what meaning google gives us that feeling that drowns us, which causes us more frustration. Let's do yoga and with effort, practice and constancy we will get every time, we bother less the bad arts of someone.

We are tired we want to do things but we are not able to start, do not get bored, do some hobby, sudoku or paint a mandala or anything you want, surely you will end up relaxing and stop thinking about that subject so deep that it unbalances us.
You may think that I have gone mad, that I am too Zen, that I do not touch my feet on the floor but I can tell you that all this I have felt and suffered. Therefore, I advise you to practice some of these "therapies" that will be your gelocatil or aspirin and if you manage to control it in time, you could even save the psychologist.

But like everything in life, anything that is taken to the extreme, is harmful to health and after having become accustomed to new technologies and virtually connected with the world, makes us feel constantly caught without realizing, creating anxiety and anguish.
80% of Spaniards have a smartphone. A higher percentage than the United States, Germany, France, Italy and the United Kingdom. Before the internet connection, families sat together around the television for the sole purpose of watching the program, or talking or arguing about what was heard ... there was human communication. We did not feel so unhappy and talking to someone made us therapy. Now even we can work from our house but that also involves a kind of isolation that does not favor everyone. Since, each time, it costs us more to socialize directly with people.
All these factors that we now consider normal, do not pay so much attention to things, we lose the use of the word and the human relationship being left without words when we have someone ahead.
But let's not demonic the new technologies, they are wonderful to give us freedom, if we know how to use them correctly and in a balanced way. The most important thing is to know when to cut and when and how to use the tools.

To use a pc to work, to use the internet to look for information, to buy cinema or theater tickets, is perfect, but it is necessary to cut when it comes to talking with friends, to contact them, to exchange ideas, to see what the others at all times ... let us not forget the good habits of the past and know how to use the new tools of the future.

The brain needs to rest from the information it receives, although sometimes it is difficult. We can not be aware of everything, at all times nor enter the game of being continuously alert of any comment, email, whatsapp, etc ... if there is something important we have no doubt that we will find out and we will give solution, for that we are programmed, to alert us with important things and the rest will be analyzed bit by bit. That's disconnecting.
